Enzo, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle deliveries, delivery areas, timelines, charges, and more.


1. Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery services in select locations based on your GPS location and local store availability. Please enable location access for the most accurate delivery options.


2. Delivery Timelines

  • Most orders are processed and delivered within a few hours or the same day, depending on the product type and delivery area.

  • Perishable items like fruits, vegetables, and ice products are prioritized for quick delivery.

  • In rare cases (e.g., high order volume or weather delays), delivery may take up to 24–48 hours.


3. Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery may be available on orders above a certain value (as displayed in the app).

  • Standard delivery charges may apply to smaller orders or specific items.

  • Delivery charges, if any, will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option for most orders.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

  • Failure to accept or pay for COD orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.


5. Ice and Temperature-Sensitive Products

  • Ice cubes, dry ice, crushed ice, and slab ice are packed carefully to maintain temperature and prevent melting.

  • Deliveries for ice products are made as quickly as possible after order confirmation.

  • We recommend being available at the delivery address to receive these items immediately.


6. Order Tracking

You can track your orders in real-time through the Enzo app. Updates on dispatch, estimated arrival, and delivery status are provided under the Orders section.


7. Missed Deliveries

If the delivery attempt fails due to the recipient being unavailable or an incorrect address, we will attempt a redelivery or contact you for further instructions.


8. Delivery Restrictions

We do not ship:

  • Outside of supported delivery zones

  • To P.O. boxes or non-serviceable remote areas

  • Certain items during extreme weather conditions for safety reasons
