Enzo, we aim to provide a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. This Cancellation Policy outlines how and when you can cancel your orders.
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched for delivery:
Open the Enzo app and go to the Orders section.
If the “Cancel Order” option is visible, your order is still eligible for cancellation.
Once an order is out for delivery or marked as dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
⚠️ Note: Perishable and time-sensitive items like ice cubes, dry ice, vegetables, and fruits cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed.
We may cancel your order under certain circumstances, such as:
Product is out of stock or unavailable
Delivery address is outside our service area
Technical errors or pricing issues
Repeated non-acceptance of COD deliveries
In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and any payment made will be refunded (if applicable).
If your order is prepaid and successfully canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders do not require refund processing unless payment was collected in error.
Ice products (ice cubes, slab ice, dry ice, etc.) are non-cancellable after preparation/packaging due to their nature.
Referral discounts or promo codes used on a canceled order may not be reusable depending on the offer terms.
